(UPCMOMING): Stage manager for the SXSW festival in Syndey. Duties included: Oversee the main Keynote conference room, including but not limited to all Conference sessions, Partner requirements, plus all other back of house/front of house spaces. Strong focus on stage management, AV specifics, room setups, speaker management, session timings, queue management. AV, operational and customer service approach, with direct communications with badge holders, high- profile speakers, SXSW Sydney Operations and Conference programming teams, and onsite venue management teams.

Managed a team in running events around Sydney as part of the RUOK roadshow leading up to RUOK day. Duties involved managing the logistics of getting the caravan setup throughout Sydney as well as managing the team in seting up and running the event at a wide range of locations from parks to eductaional facilities. In addition to this the same duties as other RUOK tours apply.

Tour Managed the 2 month long RUOK Convoy doing a half lap around the country running roughly 50 events over two months on the road in majopr cities as well as regional and rural communities. Responsibilities included managing a team of people in getting from location to location safely to set up and run an activation throughout the country to raise awareness and encourage mental health conversation. Similar duties to other RUOK roles described below.

Pre-event, liaising with talent/their management for collection of technical and hospitality riders, booking/overseeing travel + accommodation, confirming talent movements/itinerary for rehearsals + event day, green room allocations + management, Issuing complimentary tickets to artists and othe duties. On-site; troubleshooting travel, coordinating an artist liason and talent coordinators team to ensure talent movements are smooth for rehersals and show day and talent is happy, facilitating radio/tv interviews for talent and ealing with any and all talent concerns.

Off-Rig driver for Audio crew and 3rd AD. Assisted 3rd AD with duties, including on and off screen vehicle movements, radios, catering movements and more.

Managed the transport and drivers of the corporate floats for the parade. Duties involved planning routes to and from the workshop to the parade route and liasiing with drivers to ensure all floats arrived and completed the parade safely.

Duties included liaising with venues where events were happening, updating clients about the events, planning routes between Syd/Bris/Melb, driving interstate, setting up and running each event and reporting on the success of each event.
